This Kids Privacy Policy is designated to provide you, the legal guardian of a child under the age of 13 years old, with guidance regarding our privacy policies and principles with respect to collecting, using and disclosing personal information regarding children under the age of thirteen that are using our Kids App.
We are strongly committed to protecting the privacy needs of children. Therefore, Marcelle Zahra apps do not:
- Track children's location, phone number, or other personal information
- Allow access to the Internet or social media.
- Transmit any personal information to outside parties.
- Contain advertising.
II.- INFORMATION
Marcelle Zahra doesn´t collect any personal data in any of its children apps. Marcelle Zahra may only collect personal data that parents would voluntarily provide on the website. We only collect personal data when a parent subscribes to a newsletter or alert, submits content to us through social networks, or requests technical support. This data may include a name (screen or nickname), gender, birth date, and email address. This information may be used to analyze trends, contact parents about new services and features and to send notifications if consent to receive them has been given. If you contact us for help we will only use your email address to reply to your question.
Please note that if a parent posts personal information about themselves in some of our social networks, in addition to being collected, this data is made public for others to see. The parent is responsible for the disclosure of any such data in these channels.
We do not knowingly collect or hold personal data about children under the age of 18. If we become aware that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it as soon as is possible. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child (a person under the age of 18) has provided us with personal data without their consent, please contact us as soon as possible.
Marcelle Zahra may collect non personal information about the use of the website and apps for internal use or in conjunction with third parties to help us operate, analyze, and improve our sites and services.
We may only disclose personal or non personal information to third parties if we believe we are required to by law, by a judicial proceeding or to investigate fraud, intellectual property infringement, and any other conduct that might be illegal or expose Marcelle Zahra or a user of its services to legal liability.
III.- SOCIAL NETWORKS.
Marcelle Zahra has a Facebook page where we share news, activities, programs or other news that may be of your interest. There is no need to register or provide personal information to see our Facebook page.
If you have a Facebook account and click on “Like” on our page, you can post comments or click “Like” on the individual entries. If you comment or “like” our content, your personal identifiable information will be visible to other Facebook users, including our staff. The amount of visible personal information will depend on your Facebook privacy settings.

Marcelle Zahra uses Twitter (@pwspike) to send concise messages (up to 140 characters), also called “Tweets” to share information on activities, programs and other issues that may be of your interest. We also respond to comments and questions sent to Music Hands through Twitter. There is no need to register or provide personal information to view our page on Twitter. Most of your personal information in your Twitter account is available to the public unless you update your privacy settings. Marcelle Zahra monitors the number of followers and respond to their comments and concerns through Twitter, but does not store, disclose or share any information. The privacy policy of Twitter is available in http://twitter.com/privacy.
IV.- UPDATES AND CHANGES
Updates
You may receive notification from us when there are updates to the app. If you don't want to receive these notifications, you can turn them off by going to "Settings" on your iPad and selecting "Notifications." There, you can turn notifications on and off for every app on your device.
Changes
The terms of this Privacy Policy will govern the use of the Apps and any information collected therein. Marcelle Zahra reserves the right to change this policy, so please re-visit this page frequently to check for any changes. In case of any material change, we will make reasonable efforts to post a clear notice on the Apps and/or our website. Such material changes will take effect seven days after such notice was provided on our App and/or Site, whichever is the earlier.
